Stress Relief and Relaxation Series | Mondays | 12-1 PM
Unwind at this hands-on lunch series on body-breath-mind through yoga, breathing techniques, and knowledge process. Get a glimpse into the deep secrets of the breath toward self-healing and rejuvenation. Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement and bring a mat or a large towel. All Ages.

Join Sharon Hughes as she presents ways to de-stress and relieve muscle strain through breathing exercises, yoga postures, and other techniques you can do at your desk and at home. Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy movement and bring a mat or a large towel. All Ages.
